License Agreement

1. Grant of Beta License

Subject to the terms of this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Markdown to PDF conversion service during the beta testing phase. This beta license is provided for evaluation and testing purposes.

During the beta period, we may offer different subscription tiers to test various feature sets and pricing models. Your access level and features may change as we optimize our service offerings. We will notify you of any changes to your subscription tier.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the beta service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us. Your feedback and suggestions during the beta period may be used to improve the service, but you retain ownership of your converted documents and content.

5. Beta User Content

You retain all rights to the content you convert using our beta service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to process and analyze your usage patterns to improve the service during the beta period.

6. Beta Updates and Maintenance

During the beta period, we will regularly release updates, bug fixes, and new features. Your continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of any modifications. We may require you to update to the latest version to continue using the service.

7. Beta Period Termination

The beta testing period may end at any time at our discretion. Upon termination of the beta period, this license will either convert to a standard license or terminate, requiring you to agree to new terms for continued service use.
