What We Send

We only send transactional emails that are:

• Account verification emails - Required for account security
• Password reset emails - Sent only when requested by users
• Export completion notifications - Sent when your PDF is ready
• Critical service notifications - Rare, only for important service issues

We do NOT send:

• Marketing emails
• Promotional content
• Third-party advertisements
• Unsolicited communications

Permission & Consent

• All emails are sent only to users who have created accounts with us
• Account creation constitutes consent for transactional emails
• Users can manage preferences at any time
• We never purchase or rent email lists
• We never share email addresses with third parties
